Orlando Native Plants pleased to present a unique opportunity to an entrepreneurial individual interested in operating a fully licensed and approved native plant nursery in the vibrant and walkable Colonialtown district of downtown Orlando.

Orlando Native Plants, LLC (ONP) is an established nursery business in this location, and we are offering a formal agreement to license the use of designated retail nursery space on the property to an aligned partner who wishes to operate a complementary and community-centered plant business.

  • ONP’s social media presence has over 500 engaged followers and continues to grow.
  • The nursery benefits from an established reputation and visibility in the native plant and eco-conscious community of Central Florida.
  • You’ll step into a business with built-in brand recognition and a local customer base.
  1. Turnkey Retail Nursery Space
  • Use of existing nursery infrastructure, including:
    • Covered carport area
    • Orange trellis area

    • Driveway (limited/as available) for customer sales
  • Utilities included: water for plants and electricity to the carport
  • Fully licensed by the City, County, and Florida Department of Agriculture.

  • One-year term beginning ASAP, with flexibility to terminate with notice at any time.
  1. Full Autonomy, Shared Values
  • Vendor will independently operate the nursery business and maintain their own books and records.
  • ONP will handle quarterly sales tax filings, vendor must provide timely data and funds are supplied.
  • A collaborative agreement where vendor retains creative and business control while respecting the shared space and neighborhood considerations.
  1. Professional and Legal Clarity
  • This is a license agreement, not a lease or employment arrangement.
